Site Map
Our original office location was on Coyote Trail, which was just that, with considerable chorusing at night and fresh scat always near our door.
Like the other two animal totems in our name, owl (tecolote) and raven (cuervo), coyote (which is spelled the same in Spanish and English with a slightly different pronunciation) contains elements of wisdom, trickery, survival, death, and shape-shifting. While anglicized native stories can lead to interpretation of such things as evil, our view is that darkness is as necessary as light, that death is the natural result of life, and that without awareness we are blind even when we think we can see.
